Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested by phone within 14 days of the signing of the consulting agreement and during our business hours of 9AM-5PM Mountain time Mon-Fri.

Please note that if you cancel and you wish to renew at a later date you must renew at the non-reduced, normal price for that service.

 

Please Note: At the time of cancellation your account will immediately be deactivated.

 

Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable 48 hours after the electronic signing and execution of our application and consulting agreement.
