OUR FEES AND SERVICES: 

 Option one:  $100.00 for listings only – (Description) We send the client listings to execute their own viewing.

 

Option two: $150.00 for Search and Viewings – (Description) We search for property based on your rental search criteria and set up viewings according to your availability.

 

Option three: $200.00 for  evictions, felons, and/or bankruptcy-(Description) We search for property based on your rental search criteria. Viewings are set up with felony, eviction, and bankruptcy friendly owners and property management companies.

Fees may vary due to cost of living differences per state.

ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR CHOICE ON THE PROPERTY  YOU WANT TO CALL HOME, SIMPLY CALL AND INFORM A REPRESENTATIVE  THAT YOU WANT TO MOVE FORWARD TO GET AN APPROVAL FOR YOUR NEW KEYS!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested by phone within 14 days of the signing of the consulting agreement and during our business hours of 9AM-5PM Mtn time Mon-Fri.

Please note that if you cancel and you wish to renew at a later date you must renew at the non-reduced, normal price for that service.

 

Please Note: At the time of cancellation your account will immediately be deactivated.

 

Refund Policy

All fees are non – refundable 48 hours after the electronic signing and execution of our application and consulting agreement.
